Ingredient Lists
Mashed potatoes
—————————
3-4 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup double cream / half and half
Salmon cakes
————————
1 cup flaked cooked salmon
1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Blend together (1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 spring onions, parsley, 1 green and red chilli pepper)
2 tsp spice Jamaica reggae blend seasoning / or all purpose seasoning
1/2 cup oil for frying
‼️ cook for 5-6 minutes on low to medium heat turning halfway‼️
Greens
————
300g Greens
1-2 tsp butter
1 tsp spice Jamaica reggae blend or all purpose
Fresh Yogurt sauce
———————————
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 sprigs parsely
1 garlic clove
1/2 lime/lemon juice
1 handful fresh dill and/or coriander
Pinch of salt and black pepper to taste
2-4 Mint leaves
1 tsp olive oil
