Street Style Veg Chowmein Recipe

Ingredients List
———————
150g chow Mein - boil in 3 cups water with 1 tsp salt for 5 minutes
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
2-3 chilli peppers (red/ orange / yellow)
1 small slice cabbage (chopped)
1 small carrot
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp ketchup
2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp vegetable seasoning or all purpose seasoning (optional)
2 spring onions

Always taste and adjust seasonings as my recipe acts only as a guide. Individual tastebuds are different and substitutions can be made throughout.) Terri
