A Frenchman with Spanish blood, 22-year-old classical guitarist Thibaut Garcia makes his Erato debut with Leyendas (Legends), following a swathe of international prizes, including the First Prize of the American Guitar Foundation, which leads him on a US tour of 50+ dates culminating in his Carnegie Hall debut. 'Leyendas' is an atmospheric recital of music by Spanish and Argentinian composers: Albéniz, Falla, Rodrigo, Tárrega (his famous, shimmering Recuerdos de la Alhambra), Manjón and Piazzolla.
