HOT ROD Garage is our technical how-to show that appears on the YouTube Motor Trend Channel, and we’re doing more episodes than ever in 2015! That means we need more gearheads on and off screen to help current hosts Mike Finnegan and David Freiburger. Could you be the new guy? Or girl?
What we’re looking for is a person with in-depth tech knowledge about mostly domestic muscle-car-era cars and trucks and some late-models. The best candidate will know hardcore theory and will have worked with a variety of aftermarket parts on a broad spectrum of cars. The greater your driving skills the better, as we track test many of the parts seen on the show.
To apply, create your video, host it on your You Tube Channel, and comment on this video with the link to your video. We’ll sort through all the entries and get in touch with a handful of potential hosts. Finally, we'll have the audience whittle it down to one or two finalists, and ultimately pick our winner.
