It makes perfect mathematical sense that one burning 1200calories per hour racing the hard stages of the Tour De France can do so on just 3 meals a day of 200 calories. Where does the 1-2kg of muscle glycogen come from that fuels such high climbing power? 1.5 Eggs and 3/4 of an avocado of course!
