Small flycatchers like Eastern Phoebes, Acadian Flycatchers and Eastern Wood Peewees are perching and ambush hunters and can't really walk or bathe like typical small songbirds, so they perch and splash into the mountain spring ???????????? and repeat til clean so they don't get trapped in the water.
