The German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure has released a report detailing new rules for self-driving cars. Chief among these rules are that self-driving cars should try not to kill humans. In addition, if a car absolutely must kill someone, it must not discriminate based on age, rage, gender, or disabilities.
