Henny Barbecue Wings Recipe


Ingredients List

1kg chicken wings (cut into two)
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp all spice
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp oil
1 cup corn flour or cornstarch - season with 1/2 tsp paprika, garlic powder, ginger and all spice
30 mls Hennessy
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsp barbecue sauce
Oil for frying
