3 salmon fillets
1/2 tsp fish seasoning
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley to garnish

‼️bake in the oven uncovered at 200•C or 375•F for 18-20 minutes‼️

Steamed Jasmine Rice
—————————————
2 cups jasmine rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 tsp coconut oil
Thyme
Pimento berries

‼️steam covered on low heat for 15 minutes‼️

Steamed cabbage
——————————
1/2 a small cabbage
1/2 red and green bell pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, parsley etc)

‼️steam covered for 10 minutes low heat‼️


Fried plantain
————————
2 ripe plantains
Oil
