Lemon Loaf Cake

Ingredients List

175g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
175g butter
165g sugar
The juice of 2 lemons
1 lemon zest
3 medium eggs
2 tbsp milk

For the glaze
———————
The juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup icing sugar

‼️Bake on 180- 200• C and baste 30 minutes into the cook time‼️
