ITB tips for runners, dancers and cyclists.
1. Discard any shoes you can't run a marathon in. (cycling/dance shoes excepted)
2. Google ITB stretches.
3. Stretch your quads and glutes each evening before bed for 30 seconds at least per stretch.
4. Do self massage on your quads and gluts. Enough not to hurt but so you can feel it. 7/10 pain is ok.
5. Stop training until its better.
6. Get a proper bike fit and fucking mark your set up BEFORE you leave the store!!
