1kg Ribs
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp barbecue sauce
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 white onion
1 cup beef stock or any stock of choice (pour it into the tray before you bake the ribs)

‼️Bake the Ribs for 2hrs on 180-200 degrees C or 350-375 degrees F‼️

3 large potatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 cup double cream
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter

500g Green beans
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp black pepper
