When I started making this film, I had no idea I was about to live the hardest year of my life. While grieving the loss of my best friend, and facing internal battles, I was trying not to crack under the pressure of a planning and completing a world tour. There were many times I looked into the mirror and asked myself "Am I Brave enough?"

But it was important to me to be vulnerable and to allow myself to feel everything, so that in numbing the bad I didn’t also numb the good. Yes this year was an emotional roller coaster but I've had some of the greatest experiences of my life along the way, I've gained empathy and I feel stronger than ever before.

Thank you so much for coming to my shows, for feeling my music, for your letters of your personal battles, for your love and thank you for giving me the chance to tell my story through this film.
