Make your own water rocket with Jon Chase. All you need is an empty plastic bottle, some water, pump, cork, gaffer tape, and the inner tube and valve (you'll find them in any bicycle supply shop)
As you pump, you should see air bubbling into the bottle. When the pressure is too great for the cork to contain, the cork is pushed out. The bottle flies off, leaving a trail of water behind it and most likely soaking you in the process!
