Squirrels Try Scotch Pancakes

I tried Scotch Pancakes or "Scottish" Pancakes for the first time and they were delicious. My Nephew and his Dad from Scotland visited the Backyard and made the pancakes for brunch. There was a wee bit of batter left over and the Backyard squirrels are rather adventurous foodies, so they made 4 small squirrel-sized pancakes for them to try and observe their reaction. React they did, and before long the 4 Scotch pancakes were just a memory.
