The I International Competition for Young Pianists Grand Piano Competition will be held in Moscow from April 30 to May 5, 2016. By continuing the tradition of Russian piano school, the international competition for young pianists Grand Piano Competition will help to support young artists around the world and to extend international creative connections.
15 candidates under the age of 16 will compete from May 1 to May 4. medici.tv partners with the I Grand Piano Competition to broadcast the 15 performances of Round II (May 3 and 4), the Awards Ceremony and the closing gala concert from the Competition (May 5) conducted by Alexander Sladkovsky live from the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory.
Less than a year after the broadcast of the XV International Tchaikovsky Competition, medici.tv proves once again its desire to help young artists encounter a worldwide audience.
