The ARCHITECTS WIEN MITTE (Ortner & Ortner, Neumann + Steiner) will conduct the realization of WIEN MITTE. The construction project will be erected by Wien Mitte Immobilien GmbH, one half, each, belonging to BAI Bauträger Austria Immobilien GmbH and Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG.

Building above the railway station with an area of around 130,000 m² consisting of space for offices, shopping, gastronomy and leisure time represents the largest, project development in Vienna's city center at the moment.
