Beef Patties

Ingredients List
————————
1 & 1/2 cup self rise flour
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
125g butter
Pinch salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup cold water

250g beef mince
Green seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Red seasoning or all purpose seasoning
Mixed herbs
1 tsp worcester sauce
1 tsp browning
1/2 cup water
1 small minced carrot
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg + 1 spoon water to make egg wash

???? Bake 20 minutes on 180•C or until golden
