Ingredients list

1kg boneless thighs
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt and garlic
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 celery stalk
Oil For frying

For sauce
3-4 tbsp coconut aminos
Black pepper
1 tsp cherry jam or dates
1/4 cup chicken stock
