1/2 red green yellow orange bell pepper
1 white onion

For Sauce

2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1-2 tbsp honey
Black pepper
1/2 cup water
All purpose seasoning
Cornflour

To season beef

Worcester sauce
1-2 tbsp honey
Black pepper
All purpose seasoning
Garlic and herb seasoning
Grated garlic and ginger
Cornflour
