1-2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
300mls lukewarm water
1 tbsp butter

(For chicken topping)

1kg boneless thighs
Oil
Salt
Mixed herbs
All purpose seasoning
Curry powder
Garlic and onion powder
Paprika


1/4 red,green,yellow,orange Bell peppers
Onion
Oil
Mozzerella cheese
Parsley
