Cycling tips for Doi Inthanon

2. Take 2 bottles. Drink BEFORE you get thirsty. If you get thirsty you are losing 20-30% of your wattage potential.
3. Try and keep your cadence over 80rpm. Again, this is why its smart to use climbing gear ratios.
