Hey guys I just wanted to share this Tutorial on how to Make My Version of a Thanksgiving Dinner with You guys. As always the steps are very easy to follow and you really don’t need any kitchen experience to be able to pull this off. Ingredients List

Cajun Baked Chicken Recipe

1 small orange to rub over the chicken before starting to season)
1 Whole Medium Chicken
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbs garlic butter to go under the skin (regular butter will work too)
2 Tbs Green seasoning
1-2 tbs Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Bake for 1 1/2hrs on 180-200•C basting every 20-30 minutes so it doesn’t dry out. Garnish with parsely (optional)


Candied Yams Recipe

2 medium sweet potatoes
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1-2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs butter cut into pieces

Total cook time 15-20 minutes on low to medium heat. Leave pot slightly uncovered. Turn the top sweet potato slices ONLY after 10 minutes. Don’t stir up the Pot. Add cold butter slices after it’s cooled for 5 minutes and cover the pot so it could melt. Enjoy


Cornbread Recipe

2 eggs
1 1/2 cup fine cornmeal
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup buttermilk
3/4-1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter (115g)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp mixed spice (cinnamon +nutmeg)
1/4 cup water (not shown in video but add to wet ingredients)

Bake for 45-50 minutes on 180•C
(1 Tbs honey 1 Tbs butter to brush on top)
