GCN give some great cycling tips BUT many of their fans are sick of the product placement sponsored rubbish nutrition videos. I say they should get Dr Ferrari on the show or have me do a live debate with any team 'nutritionist'. That would give the audience some legit nutrition templates to follow to ease the confusion so many GCN viewers end up having on what to eat, why and when.
