Potato Salad
———————
4 baking potatoes
Salt and water to boil it
1/2-1 cup mixed veg
Salt and black pepper to taste
Grated bell pepper
1 tsp mustard
Mayonnaise to preference


Steamed Veg
———————
1/2 small cabbage
1 carrot
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp butter


Beans
———-
3 cup kidney beans (soaked overnight)
1 tbsp butter
1-2 tbsp green seasoning
1 sachet Sazon
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp sugar (to balance acidity)


Baked chicken
————————
1 kg chicken legs
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 -2 tbsp green seasoning
1 tsp paprika
Oil for the baking dish




Chowmein
——————
1/2 packet chow mein
Salt bed water to boil it in
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 sachet Sazon
Finely Chopped peppers (optional)

Cherry lemon Juice
——————————-
2 cups cherries
6 cups water
2 lemons
Sugar to taste (optional)
