Ingredients List

500g boneless chicken thighs (or use chicken breasts)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger (optional)
1 egg

For Batter
——————
3/4 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cornstarch or cornflour
1 tsp smoked paprika

For sauce
——————
The Juice from 2 Oranges
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cornstarch or cornflour + 1 tbsp water (to thicken the sauce)

Orange slices and freshly chopped Parsley for garnishing
