Update: The 3 Eastern Screech Owl babies (owlets) are doing fine and growing fast in their little woodpecker nest box. The live feed continues at: www.youtube.com/MyBackyardBirding/live
Mother owl chose this box over the bigger owl box this season, but she is a pro and the development of her precious owlets is going fast due to the abundance of lizards, snakes, mice and small rats and an assortment of big bugs! The owlets should leave the nest box (fledge) around the end of April so stay tuned and check in on them once and awhile its getting pretty active in there.
