Creamy Chicken Pasta with Spinach and tomatoes recipe

500g chicken breast or thighs
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
Pinch of black pepper
1/2 tsp parsley and thyme
1 tsp paprika
1/2 cup plum tomatoes
200g pasta of choice
1 tbsp butter
1-2 handfuls spinach
1 cup heavy cream /double cream
1/2 tsp salt and Garlic powder
1 Tao Cajun seasoning
Parmesan flakes to preference
1/4 cup pasta water
Fresh parsley for garnish
