Plantain Bread

Ingredients list
————————
2 overripe plantains
2 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 & 1/2 cup plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp mixed spices (cinnamon and nutmeg)

????Bake 45 minutes on 180•C
