Sweet Bread Rolls Recipe

Ingredients list

3 cups plain flour (all purpose)
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tbsp sugar (to preference)
1/4 tsp yellow food coloring (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
1 egg
1/; cup Melted butter
1 1/4 cups lukewarm whole milk (add gradually)

1 egg and 1 tbsp milk (for egg wash)

Extra flour for rolling into Doughballs
Melted butter and sugar to brush on top once baked (optional)

‼️Bake on 180•C for 25-30 minutes (or until cooked and golden)‼️
