Ingredients List

2kg salted goat meat
1kg salted wings
Water to fill half the pot
10 pimento berries /all spice berries
8 sprigs thyme
3 spring onions
2 green plantains or banana
1 yam
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp all purpose seasoning
3 scotch bonnet peppers
1 onion
2-3 bell peppers
3 spring onions
5 balls frozen spinach
1 can coconut milk or half a can

‼️total soup cook time is 2hrs 15 minutes on low to medium heat‼️
