The ultimate Soup recipe

Ingredients List

1kg goat meat
10 cups water
2 cups pumpkin (or 1 large slice)
6 sprigs thyme
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 white onion
3 garlic cloves
1 piece white yam or potato
1 medium carrot
5 balls frozen spinach or two handfuls fresh Spinach (put as much as you like)
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 cups plain flour + pinch of salt + 1/2 tsp mixed herbs + 1/4 cup water- add water gradually (for dumplings)
1 handful macaroni of choice (optional)
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning or soup mix
