????Stewed Turkey Wings

Ingredients list
————————
1kg chopper Turkey wings
Drop of oil
1/2 tsp Curry powder
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp All purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp celery seasoning (optional)
1/2 tsp Thyme

For the blended mix
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 spring onions
1/2 red and green bell pepper

Oil
Brown sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
3 cups water
Thyme
Scotch bonnet
Parsely to garnish

???? low heat for 1hr or until tender
