Ingredients list

1kg chicken legs (or pieces of choice)
1 tsp oil
Salt and pepper to preference
1/2 tsp powdered or fresh thyme
1/2 tsp maggi all purpose seasoning (optional)
1-2 heaping tbsp jerk seasoning
1/2 tsp gravy browning (for colour ) (but optional)

Walkerswood jerk barbecue sauce
