???? Let’s Cook With Me - (Total cook time 1&1/2 -2hrs roughly)


????Ingredients List for Jerk Chicken + Gravy

1 whole chicken
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 -2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp jerk seasoning (or more to preference)
2 tbsp green seasoning
1 tbsp gravy browning

Gravy
———
Use Any stock from the cooked chicken
2-3 tbsp ketchup
2-3 tbsp barbecue sauce
1 tbsp honey

Fresh parsley to garnish

????cook on low for 1 hr on 180•C basting Galway


????Ingredients List for Mac and cheese

1 cup macaroni
2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp butter
1 tsp plain flour
1 & 1/2 cup milk of choice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 cube frozen or fresh green seasoning
1 cup Mozerella and 1 cup cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley to garnish

????bake 20 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered


????Ingredients List for rice and peas

1 cup pink or red beans
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 can coconut milk
1 & 1/2 cups rice
Thyme
Scotch bonnet

????steam on low 15 minutes


????????????️Ingredients List for steamed cabbage

1/4 small cabbage
1/2 red, green, yellow bell pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp butter

????steam on low 5-7 minutes
