75-100g cold butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 - 3/4 cup whole milk
Secret ingredient - ???? 1/4 cup mixed fruit soaked in rum (optional)
1 egg (for egg wash)
???? Bake 12-15 minutes on 180•C
