Pepper Steak Recipe

150g beef skirt
1 tsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 red and green bell pepper
1/2 large white onion
1 tbsp oil

For sauce
——————
1/2 cup water
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp steak seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch

For Rice
—————
1 cup basmati rice
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt (or Salt to taste)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp thyme
