Ingredients List
————————

1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs (thyme, basil, oregano)
1 tsp all purpose seasoning paprika
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Oil
750g skirt steak or beef of choice
Oil
Bell peppers
Onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1-2 cups water
(Adjust seasoning to preference)
Parsley to garnish

????Cook for 20-30 minutes or until tender
