Brown Stew Fish Recipe

Ingredients list

5 small snapper fish (or fish of choice
1 tbsp fish seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Sazon (or all purpose seasoning)
1 small carrot (chopped)
1/2 medium onion
2 mini peppers or 1/4 bell peppers
2 scotch bonnet peppers
3 spring onions
5 sprigs thyme
2 garlic cloves
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying fish)
1 tbsp oil (can use some from what you fried them fish in)
2-3 tbsp ketchup mixed with 1 cup water
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp fish and seafood seasoning or all purpose seasoning
2-3 cups water (from kettle) can add more according to how much sauce you want)

* Fry fish for 6-8 minutes in total turning on both sides
