????Chicken and dumplings soup

Ingredients List

1 cup soaked pink beans (beans of choice) & fresh thyme
500g wings (chicken of choice)
Drop of oil
Salt and Black pepper to preference
Mixed herbs
1/2 tsp spice Jamaica red seasoning or any all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 tsp Celery powder (optional)

Drop of oil to pot

1 cup plain flour
2-3 tbsp cornmeal (optional)
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 cup room temp water

3-4 cups water

2 medium potatoes
1 carrot
3 balls frozen spinach
1/2 tsp salt, all purpose seasoning, curry powder, black pepper
1 scotch bonnet pepper
