Simple Chicken Soup
Ingredients List

750g chicken drumsticks
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chicken seasoning or All Purpose seasoning
4 cups water
3 cups pumpkin
2 scotch bonnet pepper
Black pepper corns or pimento berries
2 garlic cloves
1/2 medium onion
5 sprigs thyme
1-2 mini sweet peppers
1-2 carrots
3 small potatoes
1 slice cabbage (optional)
1/2 cup macaroni (optional)
For dumplings use - 1 1/2 cup plain flour, 2 tbsp cornmeal and 1/4 tsp salt with 1/2 cup water or as much needed for a dough
1 packet soup mix (optional)

NOTE: (Yams sweet potatoes etc can also be used but I wanted to keep this soup simple and easy with everyday ingredients)
