1/2 tsp celery powder
1 cup buttermilk
Oil for frying
Plain flour - paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, all purpose seasoning


????Mac & Cheese
———
Water
Salt
1 cup macaroni
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup Evaporated milk (optional)
1 tbsp green seasoning
200g Red Leicester cheese
200g mature cheddar
Mozzerella
Salt, black pepper, paprika, all purpose

????Cornbread
———
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup plain flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch salt
1 tbsp honey

????Asparagus
———
Asparagus tips
Garlic powder
Garlic powder
All purpose
Butter

Sweet potato
———
Sweet potato
Water
Pinch salt
