Ingredients List

Brown Stew Chicken Drumsticks with greens

1 kg chicken drumsticks
1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp Terri seasoning blend ——https://youtu.be/eJ_Gt5_E4R0
1 tbsp ketchup
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2-3 cups water
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup green beans


Cornbread
——————
1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar (choice is yours)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt (choice is yours)
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup butter

Extra 1 tbsp butter and tsp honey to brush on top once cooked

‼️bake on 180•C for 15-18 minutes‼️

Turmeric Rice
———————
2 cups jasmine rice
3 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1 Rosemary
1 tsp oil or butter
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

‼️steam on low heat for 5 minutes‼️
