???? Let’s Cook With Me - (Total cook time 2hrs roughly)


????????️???????? Ingredients for green seasoning

4-6 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Pimento peppers (optional)
3 spring onions
1 white onion
1 red onion
1 handful celery
1 handful parsely
2 tbsp vegetable oil to blend (can add more or less)


????Ingredients List for Brown stew lamb chops

1kg lamb chops
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 -2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp paprika
2-3 tbsp green seasoning

1-2 tbsp oil
2-3 tbsp sugar
2-3 tbsp ketchup
4-6 cups water
1 scotch bonnet pepper
Thyme
Fresh parsley to garnish

????cook on low for 1-2hrs or until tender


????Ingredients List for baked sweet potato

1 medium sweet potato
Pinch of salt
1 cup water
Drop of oil
1-2 tsp roast potato seasoning

???? bake 10 minutes on 180•C


????Ingredients List for rice and peas
—————————————————
1 cup pink or red beans
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp green seasoning
1/2 can coconut milk
1 & 1/2 cups rice
Thyme
Scotch bonnet

????steam on low 15 minutes


????Ingredients List for boiled corn
—————————————————
2 sweetcorn
Pinch salt
1 cup water
2 tbsp butter

????cook on low 10 minutes


Ingredients List for coleslaw
———————————————
2 small carrots
White and purple Cabbage
Splash of vinegar
1 tbsp honey or sugar
Black pepper
(Mayo to preference)



Ingredients List for beetroot
———————————————
2 beetroot
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1-2 tbsp butter

????steam on low 5 minutes
