Freelee the Banana Girl responds to Meredith Fosters Instagram message and her video “Trying my fear foods”: As a lot of you know Freelee has done a number of videos for Meredith in the past trying to help her make the vegan, fruit and glucose connection. Freelee goes on to show an Instagram message Meredith sent her recently. Freelee sent Meredith a copy of the Raw Till 4 Diet which contains over 55 full colour recipes, 30 day meal planner, shopping list, food pyramid, exercise program and more. So Freelee opened her instagram one day to find this message from Meredith foster. Meredith has over 2 million followers on instagram over 4 million on YouTube. Freelee reads out the messages. So obviously Merediths message made Freelee super happy because Meredith was finally making the sugar/carb connection. In the video Freelee watches as Meredith adds one banana to her smoothie. Freelee is of course very happy to see the banana going in but 1 banana ain’t going to cut it! The amount of natural sugars in one banana won’t keep anyone away from fattening junk food as it’s only 100 calories and about 27grams of carbs. Freelee recommend Meredith gets at least 150 grams of carbs for breakfast or over the course of the day 8-10 grams of carbohydrates per kg of body weight so for Freelee at 52kgs that is about 400 to 600 grams of carbs per day.
You can download the calorie app cronometer and work out what that will be for you. This is if you really want to be binge-free and high energy. As meredith said earlier if she doesn’t get enough glucose and fructose then she will crave junk food that is unhealthy, fattening and often not plant based which is of course cruel as well. For sure eating more fruit can take some time to get used to but once you fully get it and actually eat more, it’s life changing. so don’t be afraid to dive right in and have 5 ripe spotty bananas for instance because they are super healthy. Bananas contain several bioactive compounds that are important for health such as carotenoids, biogenic amines and phytosterols all of which are highly desirable in the human diet and can be beneficial in the treatment of various diseases.
Meredith mentions eating processed meats when low on glucose. Freelee points out one of the reasons young women like Meredith eat these meats is because of people like this Dietitian Abbey Sharp (who have a demographic the age of Meredith) are so morally-bankrupt that they will even promote carcinogenic meats to a young audience. Unacceptable and Freelee will be doing more videos about Abbey Sharp. Keep watching the video for more information.
