OVEN BAKED RED SNAPPER || TERRI-ANN’S KITCHEN

Hey guys I just wanted to share this Tutorial on how to make my Baked Red Snapper with You guys. As always the steps are very easy to follow and you really don’t need any kitchen experience to be able to pull this off. Ingredients List

1 Red Snapper fish 1.5kg
4 garlic cloves
3 spring onions
1/2 white onion (cut into rings)
1/2 red green and orange bell pepper
3-4 seasoning peppers (pimento peppers) 2 for blending 2 for slicing
3 slices fresh ginger
1/2 lemon cut into three slices
2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbs soy sauce
3 sprigs thyme
1 small carrot sliced
2-4 sprigs parsely or celery
Banana leaves (or can use baking dish)
4 taps butter distributed through the fish
Banana leaves to steam/bake the fish


Bake for 25/30 minutes on 200 degrees C
