Sesame Chicken recipe

Ingredients List
————————
1kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt and black pepper
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 egg whites

Oil for deep frying
1 cop cornstarch to coat wings

For Sauce
——————
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp water to make slurry

1 tbsp Sesame seeds or to preference
Spring onions for garnish
