Stewed Fish Recipe

Ingredients list

kingfish or fish of choice
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups oil for frying

For batter- 1 cup cornmeal, 1/2 tsp salt,2 tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning, 1-2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp chilli powder or paprika

For Veg- 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 white onion, 1-2 red and green pepper, 2 spring onions, 2 sprigs thyme

For Sauce - 1 cup water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey (optional), 3 tbsp ketchup
