Ingredients List

5 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
2 spring onions
2 chicken sausages
1 medium tomato
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 red bell pepper
Cheese of choice

‼️Cook on 180•C for 15-17 minutes ‼️
