Stewed Gizzard Recipe
Ingredients List

1kg gizzard
Drop of oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp Red Seasoning / all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp mixed herbs

Oil
Sugar
1-2 tbsp ketchup or tomato puree
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 bay leaf
2-4 cups water (enough to cover the gizzard)
1 tbsp more green seasoning (optional)
